The Catcher

This is the doctor that delivered Ryland. I just had to share this picture because of the expression on Ryland's face. He looks so much older than two weeks!

Brothers

Logan was begging me all morning to let him hold Ryland. I finally agreed and had a hard time getting him
back! Tyler had to get in on the action too although Logan had to be right there to observe everything
and make sure that he was doing it right. I only wonder when Ryland is going to start protesting all of this "loving" that he's getting from his big brothers. *See more pics in album*

EVACUATED!

On Friday we returned home in the afternoon only to find out that we were to immediately evacuate the area. About a block and a half away is a construction site where they are building an elementary school. Apparently they found old ordinances from WWII. We were told that we had to leave for four hours which should give them enough time to extricate it. A friend of mine saw it and it was as big as half of her Nissan Sentra. I just found out today that it was 500lbs! Just another boring day on Guam....

CAUGHT!

First smile, that is! I know it's probably just a fluke thing and he's not really smiling but it looks like it to me! Check out the photo album for more recent pictures. I promise to get more of Ryland with his big brothers next time.

Logan's class

This a picture of Logan's class. I stole it from Lauren's blog...thanks Lauren!! ;-) The boy in the plaid shirt is Logan's buddy Cole. It was his birthday as well as the girl beside him (Bianca). Cole is like Logan's big brother. The little girl next to Logan is Abigail. I think he has a little crush on her!

Like father, like son....

Here's a picture of Chris as a baby next to Ryland. Can you see the resemblance? You can't tell here but they even have the same hairline!

Happy Birthday Ryland!

On Sept 11th at 4:43 am Ryland Christian entered the world a whopping 8lbs 13oz and 21 1/4" long. We were able to take him home today after a little scare (lost too much weight the first day) but things are going extremely well now. The boys are really happy to have him home. Logan can't wait to change his diaper but I told him that he has to wait until his circumcision is healed. Already the big helper. Tyler is a little more hesitant to welcome the new addition but I think he will warm up soon. Check out the Picasa photo album to the left for many more pics of our sweet new baby!
